Gavin Kelly
MCI, Certified Coach
Began Climbing at the age of 7. Following education he quickly gravitated to a career in the outdoor industry, working for a number of centres before becoming freelance and creating Ibex Outdoor.
Helping people to grow and develop has been central to his passion for instructing and is the thread that runs through his career. Along side his outdoor career he served with the Army Reserve in the UK and overseas and commanded the Recruit Training Team for the South West. He holds the MCI, is a certified coach and member of the Chartered Management Institute.
